The Standard Edition incorporates a simple interface with a lot of features including 10 payment frequencies, 10 compounding periods, Normal (Actuarial) and US Rule(Simple) amortization methods, Regular and Canadian mortgage Interest type calculations and 6 types of interest year calculations. The program has a clean reporting system presenting detailed information for the amortization schedule specifics as well as the annual loan status.
